Suspension Strips - Round Hole

The round hole self adhesive Strip is for use in Elephant Tusk and 4 Prong Cabinets. Precision brand or similar. International standard.

Self Adhesive Suspension strips are applied to a single drawing or sheet hung vertically on its own in a prong filing cabinet or on a prong wallmount.

Strips are equipped with a self adhesive tape and will support up to 2 Kg in document weight.  Strips are opaque material.

The strips are made of Industrial strength polyester. Strips have precut round holes. For laminates or heavy blueprint paper it is recomended that two strips be used with one strip attached to each side of the document.

Strips come in packs of 100 and are in 2 lengths either 841mm (33 inch) (AO) or 594mm (23.5 inch) (A1).

To use - peel off the protective layer from the adhesive tape and fix the exposed glue strip to the short edge of the document to be hung. Press firmly to fix the strip to the document.

Fabricated to carry heavy weights strips will not tear or become brittle. Strips should peel off laminates and good quality paper after use. Strips are strong and durable.

Strips are also known as Suspension Strips, Carrier Strips, Mylar Strips, Planhanging Strips, Self Adhesive Strips, Suspension tapes, Filing Strips. Strips hang in cabinets and on wallhangers.

Description

Strips will only fit in cabinets or on wall hangers fitted with two double sets of prongs. The prongs are at 45mm centres apart and one set of 2 prongs is 330mm from the next set of 2 prongs - see diagram above.
