Guarantee

Planhorse Systems Ltd guarantee to the first user of its Clamps, Trolleys and Wallracks (hereinafter referred to as the "warranted product") that up to the value of their purchase price all "warranted products" directly manufactured by Planhorse from their own factories is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship provided the purchaser and their agents have properly assembled, installed, serviced and operated the "warranted products".  For this guarantee to apply the "warranted products" must be being used for the purpose for which they are intended when any fault appears.

The purpose intended is "to hold drawings and large format paper". 

The warranted products

The term of this warranty shall be in the case of;

	CLAMPS
	10 Years from the date of puchase by the first user.

	TROLLEYS WALLRACKS
	5 years from the date of purchase by the first user.

This guarantee does not apply to;

• Bodily injury or property damage of any description caused by the "warranted products" or the items they were filing/holding at the time any event occurs.
• Any "warranted product" that has been modified, changed or altered by the user or any other person or company.
• Scratching, denting, superficial damage or blemish, paint colour, texture and finish or such type events
• Normal wear and tear or usage which is outside the aformentioned purpose for which the "warranted product" is intended.
• Items which have been on-sold by the first user.
